- This a very comfortable and beautifully laid out property with really comfortable beds and sofas and armchairs. The log fire makes a really nice effect and the views out the large lounge window to the mountains are fantastic. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the hot tub is a great spot to watch the stars from at night or else the lambs in the fields beside the house. There are lots of walks direct from the house with RSPB viewing points 15 minutes walk away on one direction and Tromie Bridge the same in the other direction although the house has plenty of walking books/maps that allow you to explore walking and cycling locally. We found it a great spot for all ages-66 to 20 months-watch out for the local hens that sometimes leave eggs on the door step! overall a very quiet and peaceful spot where you can either just rest up or else take as much exercise as you like.
- It has been a wonderful stay! One of the best hosts we have ever had. Spices, everything was there. Just like at home. The place was very clean and the hot tub was great. The children loved it especially. Great surroundings for walks 👍
- The place is absolutely stunning. It is kitted out with everything you need for a short or long stay. Both the kids and adults loved the place The owners are extremely helpful Can't wait to go back again soon
